SEN-1 Network Portable

A no-install field technician edition designed to run from removable media.

Planned
What problem does it solve?

Field technicians often can't install software on a customer's machines, yet still need to find and prove what's wrong on site.

Who is it for?

Field technicians and MSPs working at customer sites.

What exists today?
  • Nothing released yet. SEN-1 Portable is planned.
What's being developed?
  • Target workflow: plug in, authorize the site, find the problem, repair allowed problems, verify, and produce before/after evidence
  • Local host repairs, which are on the roadmap
What evidence does it use?

Designed to use the same evidence-backed diagnosis as SEN-1 Network, ending in before/after evidence for the customer.

Does it work locally or offline?

Yes, by design: it runs from removable media without installation.

What permissions does it need?

An explicit site authorization step before any work begins.

What will it never do without authorization?

It is being designed to repair only problems that are explicitly allowed for the authorized site.

Where does it fit?

The field edition of SEN-1 Network. The planned SEN-1 Technician Drive would bundle it with offline knowledge, optional local models, tools, and case storage.
