Early access. SenSignal is in early access: the web app covers public library Wi‑Fi in Michigan and New York City, and the phone apps are in development.

Neighborhoods

Free Internet grows where neighbors ask for it.

SenSignal builds where one site can serve the most homes for the least money. Your interest, and your neighbors’, is how a neighborhood gets on the map.

What a neighborhood needs

  • Neighbors who want it

Waitlisted homes close together, so one hub can serve many of them.

  • A good host site

A roof or tall building with power and permission, with a clear view of nearby homes.

  • A connection to share

An Internet connection a host or sponsor is authorized to dedicate to the neighborhood.

  • Funding that lasts

Sponsors, grants, or partners covering the shared network’s ongoing costs, plus a repair reserve.

Demand-driven

Every request counts.

When an address isn’t covered yet, the request becomes planning data: where people are waiting, which rooftops could reach them, and what it would cost. We publish the plan only once a build is real.

How we choose where to build

  1. Group waitlisted homes by area.
  2. Look for host sites with height, power, and permission nearby.
  3. Check the shared connection and its capacity.
  4. Confirm funding covers running costs plus a reserve.
  5. Start small, measure, and grow only when the service is reliable.

Reliability comes before expansion. We won’t spread to new areas faster than we can support them.

Sponsors

Fund connectivity, not surveillance.

Sponsors are credited at the places they support. Sponsors never receive anyone’s browsing data, and sponsorship never changes routing, rankings, or verification.

  • Sponsor a Home

Covers one household’s Home Kit, so their hardware, installation, and Internet are all $0.

  • Sponsor a Neighborhood

Helps fund a hub and the homes it serves.

  • Sponsor a Backhaul Circuit

Pays for the Internet connection a neighborhood shares.

  • Sponsor an Event Network

Free connectivity for a community event.
